PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training sessions are available from my fully equipped, private studio with leg press, leg curl/extension, cable, basically everything!

Personal Training sessions are also available out of Impact Gym, Erina.

I started training with Tammy  13 weeks ago now and I have to say it was the best decision i have ever made.

After 2 children I was very self-conscious of my body as i didn't feel like myself and I was carrying an extra 15kg and because of this I was too scared to get back into training.. I kept making excuses why i couldn't start to make a change. It was my wedding coming up that made me reach out to Tammy, I knew I had to start and try and lose the weight I had gained and eat healthy to feel like myself again.. I just didn't know where to start.

 I had been a binge eater for a long time, i would starve myself all day to have a big dinner before bed. I would snack on all the wrong foods and then feel extreme guilt after.

I signed up with Tammy's Custom nutrition and training program and face 2 face PT â…” times a week. I have learnt so much and am still continuing to learn more. Tammy has taught me that i can eat and still lose weight!!
She has guided me this whole time and provides me with ongoing support whenever I need.

I have lost 10kg in 12 weeks and finally starting to get definition and tone in my body which i have always struggled with achieving. She's made me get my confidence and life back after babies and I'm forever grateful!
